Hi, my name is Alexander Gross and I currently live in Los Angeles, right outside of USC. Before this, I have been lucky enough to live most of my life in San Diego. I plan to stay in Southern California so long as my career allows me to. Right now I am interning in aerospace, but want to pursue technology consulting which should leave my options open. Working from home this past year has opened my eyes to the opportunities of pursuing a career where I am not needed in an office from 9-5. I learned a lot from my parents growing up, but most of it from my mom. They are almost opposites from each other. My mom finished her master's whereas my father never finished college. Instead, he had other ambitions and now has his own VC firm. However, I feel that I take the most important parts from both of them.
